A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light coconut, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Cloudy, muddy orange-brown body, medium cream head. Nose light at serving temperature, warming up to a fruit-spice pie. Body a dry, dull hops tea, with several elements (peach, melon, citrus rind, a touch of fig, and spice), these unfortunately all muted. Not a fan.

16oz can picked up at the state store. Pours hazy orange with a medium sized white head that dissipates quickly leaving a good amount of lacing. Fruity, tropical fruit, citrus peel, firm pine bitterness. Good

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/10/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an outstanding NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; fantastically soft feel. Fantastic Huell Melon, Motueka, Citra & Rakau profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstandingly spot on style example.

I couldn't find a date on my bottle but the Hops didn't seem all that fresh. Aroma is not very striking a little bit of resin hops and some pale malt. Flavor is like nose sweet up front some decent carbonation also a little bit of stone fruit and funk. Finishes Bittersweet decent body good enough beer. Not really what I was hoping for though.

750 ml bottle. Not sure how 7% is considered "Double IPA" by the brewers, but hey, whatever floats a Brony's boat. Aroma is candied citrus, earth, yeast, bananas foster, bread, pepper. Pours extremely murky pus yellow-brown with a finger-plus bone-white head with good retention. Taste is candy sweet, mild to moderately bitter. Flavor is really reminiscent of bananas foster, but way different than the banana esters you'd get in say, a traditional German Hefeweizen. I keep thinking strawberry shortcake, too, but that might just be the label influencing that observation. Perfect mouthfeel. Tasty stuff.
