Can, 8%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel and juicy. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel, tropical fruit, juicy, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Can. Hazy DIPA? FFS! Does the brewer call this hazy? Is there any mention of NE yeast? No it’s classified as hazy because someone thinks this is ‘hazy enough’. Sick of this RB classification shit. A modest haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with a trailing minerally crispness. Smooth malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Mosaic isn’t the hop it once was, but seems to have been used liberally here. No special Mosaic character, certainly no blueberry, but good crisp pine and smooth light skunk. Smooth bright citrus and a whisper of tropical fruits. Very mild hop spice on the crispy finish. Tidy and drinkable.

Can picked up at Kihoskh - pours a hazy orange with a nice white head and clinging lacing. Vibrant notes of papaya and tangerine, some nice piney and floral hoppy notes, some gooseberry, the mosaic really sings out here, soft light malty support, more of that green leafy piney subtle bitterness into the lingering hoppy finish. Lovely.

Pours a slightly hazy, neon lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma has elements of tropical and citrus fruit, some dankness and sour washcloth. Flavor is fairly smooth, with a bitter finish, with lots of tropical and citrus notes. It isn't too bad.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released locally. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic hazy DIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Amazing Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding hazy style example. Best one in the series so far, loved the hop profile as expected.
