Bellweiser is our take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. The dry-hop on this one is almost non-existent to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, and the resulting beer crosses off all the 'crisp', 'clean', and "refreshing" boxes you need it to.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: semi-hazy burnt yellow color with a big fluffy white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some subtle lace
Aroma: sweet grains, floral to sweet grassy hops; light biscuity/bready tones underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly sweet with a mild floral hop tone; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessiomable; feels pretty smooth along the tongue; finishes sweet with the floral to grassy hops and light breadiness
Overall: I say a nicely done easy drinking lager I would be willing to come back to.

On tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury, ON. Clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Great cereals, lots of nice grassy hops, a perfect balance. A fantastic example of a well made, crisp, clean, refreshing pils. Nice and floral, and grassy with some light minerals, and cereals. love it.

Can at home watching CAN vs US 4 nations hockey. So start with Canadian brew since they scored first. Yellow pour fairly clear and one finger white head. Nose is spicy hops and grassy. Tastes grassy, peppery, bready, hint of orange. Thin watery body. Zippy finish

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Cracker and hay aromas. Medium bodied with aged sourdough and lemon upfront turning to bitter metal, mineral and bark in the dry, lasting finish length finish.

473 ml can. Pours a bright gold with light head. Aromas of dry malts, grass, a little trail mix and a little bit of cookie dough. Flavors are more along what I expect for a Pilsner; crisp malts, a little floral hops and a hint of lemon

Clean, light-golden colour with a bubbly white cap, not staying too long, but a few spots of foamy-lace are left. Straw malt aromas at first with lemon notes coming out. The mouthfeel has a little crispy action and dryness. Mild flavours with a tad cereal malts and maybe hints of corn, rice. A smooth Pilsner that is competing the world big ones, but being better ingredients. This Bell's for you.

473ml can. Pours a crystal clear gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, grass and floral hops. Sweet flavour of biscuity pale malt, lemon zest, black pepper and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and real easy to put back.

473mL can, pours a mostly clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle grassy hops and some straw. Flavour brings out a nice spicy Saaz hop character upfront, with a bit of grass, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice spicy hop character, with a thin balt backbone. Yeah, this is very nice.
