Bellweiser is our take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. The dry-hop on this one is almost non-existent to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, and the resulting beer crosses off all the 'crisp', 'clean', and "refreshing" boxes you need it to.

Pale blond colour, chill haze. It's dry and crisp, but there is something strange that is almost sourness, and earthy bitterness, without crackery malts or grassy hops, well, maybe that's spicy, peppery Saaz after all. Needs more malt. It's ok.

Can. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and grain with a bit of earthy grass underlying. Flavor is similar with straw throughout with some hay and a bit of grain in the finish.

Bright, pale gold with a bubbly head. Pretty big saaz and mild pale malt on the nose. Balanced palate. Medium body. Clean pale malts and gentle herbaceous hop note with mild bitterness. Not much to argue with here.

Can at home picked up from CW online. An attractive almost clear pale golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice clean crisp cereal grains, light grass, pils,, light honey. Flavour is composed of light grains, watery, grassy straw, firm grassy bitterness, hint of metalic. Palate is light, frothy airy carbonation, crisp refreshing finish. Good firm happiness.
