Bellweiser is our take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. The dry-hop on this one is almost non-existent to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, and the resulting beer crosses off all the 'crisp', 'clean', and "refreshing" boxes you need it to.

Can @ Sir Alex and Crazy Joe Davola Share. Corona share # 15 6 month Ann. Pours Hazy yellow with a White head. Crisp and grassy. Bready and floral. Smooth and dry. Very clean. Nice

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean crisp cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of floral notes with some residual sugar notes and clean crisp cereal. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid pilsner with maybe a tad more residual sugar then I would have liked.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some sudsy, white head. Nose has corn, yeast, a little flour, lemon, grass. Flavor follows with yeast, a little tannic, lemon. Finishes tannic but pretty good overall. Crushable. More than the sum of its parts.

From a 500 ml bottle at the 2019 RB DC tasting. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Aromas are biscuit and dough. Flavors are moderately sweet malts with a hint of hops.

Solid pilsner. Nice and crisp with great drinkability. Wish I was in Bellwoods Trinity park with a six-pack of these now. Golden pour with good finish. Good noble hops cripness. Bottle from source.

Got in a BIF from Coronaeus. 500 ml bottle into lager glass; no bottle dating, bottle code GH175. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of pils malts and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome robustness and balance of pils malts and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Slight lingering resins through the glass. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome German pilsener. All around awesome robustness and balance of pils malts and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV, and not aggressively bitter. Perfectly balanced super clean pils malts and earthy noble hops(Hallertau?). No residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example.
