Tap, 2015 vintage. Hazy golden color with soapy white head. Aroma is leather, earthy, hay, grape skin, super rustic. Taste is leathery, earthy, vineous, bitter and peppery finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Excellent, very rustic and pleasant at the same time.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Oro antico, leggermente torbida, schiuma praticamente assente. Al naso sentori vinosi, legno, stalla, notte citriche, alcool. In bocca è molto morbida, con acidità tenuta a bada e note vinose e di botte evidenti. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Altra gemma di Cantillon.
