750ml bottle. Stingy, vinous and tartish with some grapes, sour berries and earthiness.
Funky,lactic,pleasant tartness,loads of stone fruit esters,stewed apples,rounded,mellow tannins,spicy touch
RB backlog. Grapes, almond, light diacetyl, herbal. Light sweet start, turns tart, great grape notes. Super slick body with natural carbonation. Like white wine that turned into beer, just... better.

Bottle 750ml. @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Tommie Sjef Cuvée (Chardonnay) ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, tart, funky, grapes, apples, wine - white wine, light oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, tart, grapes - apple, funky, wine - white wine - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Amber, medium hazy body, with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma of juicy white grapes, lovely sweet wooden notes, vanilla, almond, moderate funk, some citrus, some leatger.
Tastes quite similar, with more nutty and citric notes.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, wooden, moderate sour, nutty, citric, a bit funky, with lingering grape notes.
Very tasty! Really diverse, with juicy grapes, smooth barrel and nutty notes that I like a lot. Drinks very fresh and balanced, with just enough funky acidity. Beautiful, characterful stuff!

0,75l from bottle at Grose Dorst. Yellow clear colour, small white head. Smells peppery, grape notes, bit flowery, bit grassy, lightly musty. Very nice smell. Medium to full body, Soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, flowery, earthy, spices, peppery, grapes, peach. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of peach, flowery and grape notes. Very nice one, very bright, very smooth to drink 8, 4, 8, 3, 17 Rerate: 8, 4, 8, 4, 18 (lovely again, so smooth to drink)

Flaska från Tommie Sjef. Kristallklar ljusguldig med vit krona. Doft och smak av gröna druvor, grönt äppelskal, gröna och gula äpplen, druvkärnor, vitt vin, snygga fattoner, päron. Ren, klar, ekig och stram om än med en tilltagande laktosyrlig och yoghurt:ig ton som kommer precis när en sväljer. Riktigt gott!

Sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy, light orange color, with a small, white head. The aroma is lemon, cream, pine, leather, and dust. Sweet and tart. Light to medium body, with a hard, sharp, and crisp mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice, funky sour.
