Dark blond colour with slightly chunky, yeasty head. Aroma and flavour have light funk, woody dryness and tart grape.

Sampled from bottle at Borefts 2018. Hazy, golden yellow. Slightly sweetish, gently sourish, quite fruity and a bit funky aroma of lemon, white grapes, gooseberry and some oak. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity and slightly funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Keg at borefts. Pours golden, nose is funk, apricot, oak, taste is similar, tart, juicy.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is vineous funk, leather, dough. Taste is dough, gooseberries, green fruits, quite tannic in the back. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Fun.

Tap at Borefts, 2018. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is oaky buttery toasty Chardonnay. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp fresh, yeasty, buttery, light citrus fruit palate. Medium medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Borefts 2018. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of Vinous wood, farm yard and dull grapes. Soft flavors follow same. Subtle sour with peach skin finish. Well crafted

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée sur léger trouble, pas de col. Arôme au nez moyen, je retrouve un effet buttery ponctué d'un effet agrumes et fruité modéré. Palais finement aigre, céréales, touche de grains persistantes avec un effet fermentation qui semble 'off'. Je note encore un léger côté beurre et une fin tirant sur un fruité agrumes modéré.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Uglier hazy orange, little head. Very dirty yoghurt, sweet milk, spoiled grain,… Body is unpleasant yoghurt, weird, murky, same for the taste, finish is lemon & vinegar, weird & not a success.
