A light, refreshing, sessionable ale. Naturally carbonated through bottle-conditioning, its delicate peach flavor is highlighted through sparkling carbonation producing a fresh, clean taste.

Bottiglia.

12oz bottle from Toby. Cloudy golden pour, small bubbly white head. Aroma is peaches with notes of acetone. More peaches in the taste, ripe stone fruit, sour, funk. Still had a bit of that nail polish edge.

The only Trappist saison. BB date 16 months ago and I'm bummed this didn't hold up. Syrupy peach cider with oak and Brett. 😢 It's too bad they closed doors. They should've tried a communion wafer pastry stout 🤷🏽♀️

11/VI/22 - 12Fl. Oz. bottle @ Tournée Trappiste (Oostvleteren), BB: V/14/23 B40 08:21 (2022-688) Thanks to Alengrin for sharing today’s beers!
Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: weird, sugary, bubble gum, peaches and peach flavoured candy, bread, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, wow, very fruity, lots of peaches and apricots, a bit sugary, malty touch, banana, yeast. Aftertaste: still very fruity, yeast, apricots, peach candy, very decent, I actually like it!
Tasted it again, from a bottle I had around the house, and it was really bad...

Clear orange beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: wow, lots of butterscotch, all diacetyl, peach flavoured candy, sugary impression, more butterscotch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oh my, this is very bad, tastes like burned rubber, urine, very dirty, really disgusting, a bit sourish, sugary, very very bad. Aftertaste: disgustingly bad, lots of diacetyl, vinegar infection, oh my, super bad. Might be the date of the bottle, but a couple months past the expiration date shouldn’t hurt a beer this much. So more likely either this batch was infected, or the cap of my bottle was somehow broken, but since the beer was still fully carbonated, I doubt it.

The aromas are caramel malt upfront with some of the saison yeast, peach in the background. Flavors are very much like nose, more sweet than bitter. Heavier in body than a good saison but good carbonation. Not bad, but it's really hard to find a good saison anymore especially after Dupont dumbed their's down.

Pour is a murky orange with a large white head. Aroma is tart peaches. Flavor is the same. All peach with a little tartness on the back end. Not much saison about this. Pretty decent fruity beer though. Nothing tastes artificial so it's got that going for it.

Okay, fruity and saison-ish without being overly sweet. Gentle notes of grass and vanilla and tart peach, underlined by grain and a modest flora bitterness. Yeasty on the back end. Not my thing. Kinda stinky, too—the nose is rather off-putting.
