On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, lemon zest. Medium body, yeast, citrus, light dry finish, good.

12oz can pours a clear gold with lots of frothy, white head. Nose has lemon seltzer, straw, a little dusty couch, some acid. Flavor is tart, lemon, yogurt, white wine vinegar, vitamin C tablets. Finishes watery and lightly tart.

Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/26/2017. Pours very hazy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, green apple, white grape/wine, mango, melon, passion fruit, guava, berries, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, green apple, white grape/wine, mango, melon, passion fruit, guava, berries, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness, Brett/Lactic tang/tartness; and light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, green apple, white grape/wine, mango, melon, passion fruit, guava, berries, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance; and no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/acidic/sticky/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is an excellent sour saison. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/spicy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Great Mandarina Bavaria/Hallertau Blanc profile. Great balance of juicy hops and Brett/Lacto/saison yeast complexity; great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can at the July DC RB mini-tasting. Poured a nearly clear, vibrant yellow color with a fizzy head. Aroma was sweet, slightly herbal. Touch of citrus, zesty lime. Light tart sweetness in this one, with a touch of herbal, tea like characters with a lemon slice.

12oz can. Shared at tasting. Surprisingly awesome light and tart beer. No idea it's supposed to be a farmhouse anything. Light lemon. I like it.

Tap. Pours quite hazy straw, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is Saison forward, grassy, field grass, lemon, coriander. Flavor is very light tart, bright, a hint of funk and Belgian farmhouse yeast. Medium body, soft carbonation. Good beer.
