Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 9/6/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, citrus zest, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of raspberries, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with good strength. Taste of sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, citrus zest, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, citrus zest, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic, and fairly tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.5%. Overall this is a delicious fruited Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of jammy raspberries, lemon zest, and Lacto complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Ever so slightly hazy copper and light orange coloured body with a super thin, fraction of a centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of citrus, light berries, some lactose and a dose of pure wheat along with a touch of more raspberries, lemon and a bit of dry malts. Light-bodied; Sharp funky malt and yeast notes that are clean, but a bit too strong and the sour and lightly sweet notes seem to go unnoticed on the complexities of the flavour, but always and still very underwhelming when you finish the beer and there isn't many nice flavours at the tail end. Overall, a subdued beer for the mass public, but a decent 'feeling out' stage in relation to to res of the people that can find this and use this one for a need to fix up a house or for similar reasons. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, Florida (Orange Blossom Trail) on 05-May-2018 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 15-June-2018 just over a month after purchasing this one, this is much harder to sample across the board.

A lightly hazed pinkish blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart malt with light berries, light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, light chalky notes, pleasant. In mouth, a tart sour ale with light mineral notes, light black berry, light lemony notes, nice and refreshing. On tap at brewery.
