Cash days 2016. Listed as Berliner with peaches, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour is a Cloudy orange/yellow, with a medium white head. Aroma. As citrusy, mild wheat and subtle cinnamon, and hints of vanilla. Light stone fruit, hints if herbs. Lots going on, but very subtle at the same time. Watery mouth feel, lively carb.. Finish has next to no bitterness, stone fruit and light spice. Hints of lactic tartness.... Interesting, but nothing special, pretty messy, and all over the place actually.

I love it - really nice combo of sweet and sour, lip smacking. Hints at a lot of red fruits, esp strawberry and cassis, and raspberry, though none are in there. Really nice lactic kiss. Slight mineral finish. Dry. Cloudy yellow, short lived head.

I love this beer. It's way underrated on ratebeer for some reason. Clean and tart and refreshing. Panama 66 SD ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/2/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate lactic tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance; and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from acidity/tartness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately acidic/grainy, fairly crisp, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.2%. Overall this is a very nice Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modest acidity/tartness. Feels middle of the road on acidity between classic German and newer American made style examples. Flavorful and not watered down feeling for the low ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Sample at Mikkeller San Diego. Clear golden color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. The aroma consists of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately sour with a citrusy aftertaste. Above average overall.
