Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, yeast, barnyard, funk, wet wood, oak, leather, tart green fruit. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, leather, barnyard, tart fruit, green grapes, oak. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 110518

Sampled at zythos 2018. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours clear blonde. Smell is full, funk, oak, fruity ( reminding of the VAT series. ) taste is full, fruity, mild tartness. Very soft, reminds me a lot of vat 77. Very oaky, dry.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, oak, sorrel, hay, minerals, berry skin, grain, old rope, unripe berries, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, hay, flowers, sour grass, oak, berry skin, old rope, minerals, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. After trying Cantillon 2_3_4, this Boon Selection is like world's apart in terms of profile - a clear deception. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme de funk classique, lambic, citronné, léger fleuri, fruité perçant plus en rétro. Palais est léger sur effervescence moyenne, sec, funk, grains et lambic, pointe de citronné, aspect rappelant un sec de champagne.
