From tap at Bailey’s Taproom, Portland. Intense überhoppy aroma dominated by loads of tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, pine resin, with soft malt and caramel. Flavour is a bit sweet and nicely bitter. Body is medium. Big oily hops and notes of onions. Heavy and delicious Mosaic extravaganza.

On tap at The Growler Guys - PDX, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, melon and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, tropical fruits, and booze. Nicely made, with a lightly sweet and boozy finish. Very good.

Poured from a bottle best by 2/25/2015. Aroma is super hoppy with a lot of the mosaic character. Lots of mangos, melon and ripe stone fruit. Light citrus and a low cracker malt note. Pours a somewhat cloudy, pale golden orange. Small white head with average retention. Flavor has a lot of hop character again with a nice, pale cracker malt background. Flavor is overripe stone fruit, pineapple, mango with a lighter citrus note. Medium low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, while not complex its very enjoyable. Lots of hop character with a nice pale malt backbone.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear orange, medium creamy beige head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is dank, onion, pot, sweat, kiwi, tropical fruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, not harsh at all. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Another winner in the showers series!

Hazy golden color. Absolutely beautiful tropical fruit nose, the hops are super well defined. The mouth is mildly sweet with tropica fruits just shining through. I’ve never experienced a better Mosaic hop IPA. Medium heavy body. Modestly bitter finish. Just a fantastic example of the style. Wow.

Got in a trade with RaulMondesi. 22 Ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 2/25/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of huge pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berries, orange peel, light pine, floral, grass, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of bright/juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of huge pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berries, orange peel, light pine, floral, grass, honey. bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pineapple, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berries, orange peel, honey, bread, light pine, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Incredible complexity and balance of bright/juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is an incredible DIPA style. All around outstanding complexity and balance of bright/juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; and very smooth to sip on for the ABV. An insanely delicious offering.
