Pours a coppery orange with a decent sized head. Aroma is malty with a touch of hoppiness. taste is an OKish blend of malts, some choc/caramel, and a bit of hops. One of the better blue point’s I have had.

Draught @ Pencil Factory (2/29/20). Cloudy reddish brown with almost no head, sweet caramel aroma, low carbonation, bitter caramel taste with cinnamon-cloves-nutmeg, thin body, long finish. Not terribly exciting.

Pours dark reddish brown with a thin creme head. Aroma of herbal malt. Taste is earthy and malty. Herbs and oak notes are noticeable on the palate. Ok beer.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Cigarette City. Aroma is sweet caramel, dark fruits, brown sugar. Appearance is a clear, dark ruby red with minimal sparkle, 1/2 finger width white head with poor retention, no lacing. Taste is strong sweet fruity caramel. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation with late lively kick, sweet fruity finish. Overall, a nice winter offering but no complexity. A little too sweet, which is saying a lot coming from me.

Bottle. Trade with Leighton. Cheers. Clear amber. Film of clingy, off white head. Spicy, biscuit, toffee malts. Some raisin fruitiness. Taste is burnt toffee sweet. Has a rising, quite harsh bitterness. Full body. Finishes sweet, with more of the bitterness. Ok at best.
