Clear golden. Cinnamon, apple, dough. Sweet and spicy. Thin bodied. Definitely apple pie. Very interesting.

Tap. Pours clear pale golden, minimal white head, bubbly. Flavor is apples and cinnamon, Bready. Flavor is fairly sweet, apples, cinnamon, clove, allspice, more clove. Light body. Too spiced.

Very nice. Good sweet/tart apple complexity with cinnamon/nutmeg/clove/brown sugar. Semi crisp carb/fairly dry. Very well balanced.

[2/21/15] Draught at Winter Brew Fest 2015 in San Diego. Clear yellow. Aroma of winter spices and some apple. Sweet flavor with apples and winter spices. Light-bodied. Quite refreshing.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours light gold with a few light bubbles. Has the apple/cinnamon aroma, so label is appropriate. Near medium body for cider. Flavor starts somewhat tart and cinnamon, flows down to less tart and cinnamon. Flavor balance seems good. Don’t know if a whole bomber of cinnamon is going to go well all the way, but ...
