Light yellow clear color. Aroma of ginger, melon, and peanut - smells similar to Pad Thai. Not overly sweet flavor, but can taste mild ginger and a cucumber flavor to balance the typical cider sweetness. Also has a subtle melon flavor at the end and also a sweet, nutty aftertaste that reminds me of Chinese or Thai food. Unusual but delicious.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this cider poured a pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was cucumber, salt and a hint of white vinegar. The flavor was cucumber and hint of pickled ginger. Medium length finish that turns dry. Light body. Tasty.

@ red clay cidery. Wow, cucumber and green melon in the nose. Lightly tart. A touch of spiciness on the back end which was weird. A little tangy. Ok.

Draft at Salud. Clear yellow color, few bubbles. Nice tart apple skin aroma. Taste is lightly spiced apple, bone dry. Awesome.

Draft: Poured a light pale yellow color cider with limited carbonation. Aroma of cucumber and spicy ginger notes is more or less pleasant. Taste is also a mix of cucumber and spicy ginger with no real apple notes. Body is light with soft carbonation. Not sure the cucumber is really working in this mix.

Very nice. Balanced sweet/light tart apples with juicy cucumber and earthy ginger spice. Tart/spicy/crisp carb finish. Very smooth/semidry.
