375 mL bottle, 10/19/22. Can’t recall where I got it. Looks like it was bottled may of 2017, so, I wasn’t even a lawyer yet when I’m almost hitting my 3.5 year anniversary as a practicing lawyer. Well aged. Me, not so much. Clear amber, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of red wine, honey. Taste is honey, red wine, vanilla, oak, jammy grape. The wine maybe dominates the honey a bit too much, but, overall pretty nice.

Nektar Cyser of the Lambs ].Clear light medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, earthy apples, apple skin, moderate to light heavy honey, earthy honey. Fantastic! Lt tart red/green/crisp apples/skin/lemon/orange/floral/honey/white grape/wine/oak; lt vanilla/toffee/cinn/pepper. Sweet/full body. Lt acid/tannin/spicy alcohol drying. Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has sweet honey and spiced apple with a touch of oak underlying. Flavor has sweet honey and spiced apples with a bit of oak and booze underlying.
