Op & Top is Brouwerij de Molen's hoppy blond session ale. A beer to replace your all-evening lager. This is very easy going, refreshing, hoppy and thirst quenching. Same as a lager, but Op & Top has flavor as well ;) Flavor indication: Malty, herbal, citrus Translates as On top & the best or something like At its best

Deep amber with a frothy, sticky head. Aroma is a nicely balanced mix of caramel and tropical fruits. Bittersweet up front, both bready and fruity, melding into a crisp and mildly bitter finish. Body is a quite full mediumish, carbonation mild to moderate. Easy going and endlessly drinkable. Very nice. Probably about my favorite “golden” ale thus far.

Bottle. Orange blonde. The beer foams like a mad dog, makes pouring it into a glass difficult. Cascade aroma. Grapefruit, almost soapy. Firm hopbitter flavor with grapefruit, melon and earthy notes. Thin, just a bit soapy finish.

Op terras in Gorinchem met M, Hans, Wilna, Willem en Roelien. Mooie oranje kleur, licht troebel, wit schuim. Een zeer goede hopige smaak en dat voor een redelijk lage abv. Mooi bier!
