Sampled in the Bokke / Wine tasting ( Gebrande Winning ). The idea was to show the similarities between beer and wine trough 4 set. This set was about aroma ( either fruit or floral ) , and this fruity beer was paired with a floral wine named Meyer Petit Fleur 2018 . This was the 1 beer they served on the spot, rather than having it sit in the glasses from the start. Apparently, within half an hour, this beer can turn very bad by oxidation. Perhaps that's an interesting thing to know when you're Lucky enough to have cought a bottle of this beauty. The Beer pours a bit unclear, amber. Small white head. Smell is full, extremely juice. Mirabelle, as you might have expected, does show. Delicious scent ! Taste is very intense, tart ( sharply ) , very, very fruity back. Dry, mild acetic acid, fruity acids, medium lactic acid. very nice ! maybe a tad to sour ( agains expectations for a bokke ) , but the fruityness here is amazing !
