1, 2 and 3 year old lambic blended with muscat grapes. White muscat from the local vineyards in Haspengouw.And muscat ottonel from Alsace. Both grapes underwent an extended maceration on the skins, and were further barrel aged before being blended and bottled.

2017 bottle thanks to Scott. Pours a cloudy pink orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, grape skin, wood, mineral. Slick body, funky, dry grape, wood, light tartness, enjoyed this.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 17. Dark yellow color, small white head. Smells white wine, grapes, stone fruits, grassy, spices. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, white wine, almost smoky, stone fruits, spices, oak, parfumy, heavy tannins. Finishes light sour with notes of grapes, tannins and stone fruits. Very nice one, very intense grapes

Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Vollmundiger, weich säuerlicher Beginn, Trauben, komplex. Etwas erdig, moderat holzig, mit der Zeit trocken im Hintergrund werdend. Spritzig, dann Brett, langer Nachgeschmack. 10/13/12/13/9/13

Thanks Shu for sharing! Taster showing medium amber with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows strong tart notes of brett, barnyard, and mild peach. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with a mild Muscat sweetness and a balanced white wine bitterness.

Fairly hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma has a deep cellar funk, damp in a lovely way, vinous, oaky and tart white grapes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely stuff!
