1, 2 and 3 year old lambic blended with muscat grapes. White muscat from the local vineyards in Haspengouw, harvested in September 2017. And muscat ottonel from Alsace, harvested in September 2018. Both grapes underwent an extended maceration on the skins, and were further barrel aged before being blended and bottled in March 2019.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 17. Dark yellow color, small white head. Smells white wine, grapes, stone fruits, grassy, spices. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, white wine, almost smoky, stone fruits, spices, oak, parfumy, heavy tannins. Finishes light sour with notes of grapes, tannins and stone fruits. Very nice one, very intense grapes
