1, 2 and 3 year old lambic blended with muscat grapes. White muscat from the local vineyards in Haspengouw.And muscat ottonel from Alsace. Both grapes underwent an extended maceration on the skins, and were further barrel aged before being blended and bottled.

Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Vinous, heavy with grapes, tartness, mild sourness, oak, farmyard and funky yeastiness. Pretty good.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is perfumy, floral, grapes. Sourness is hidden. Taste is sharp, very floral, dry, herbal lambic. Low amounts of acidity, mild oak, bit minerals.
