1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with raspberries and muscat bleu grapes. The raspberry lambic is made of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varietals of raspberries. The muscat bleu lambic was made with grapes harvested in a vineyard in Haspengouw. After extended maceration, this grape lambic was barrel aged for another year prior to blending and bottling.

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Red with white head. Intensive raspberries, some red grapes, barrel, juicy, quite sour.

Tastes raspberries, citric, earthy, grassy, marzipan. Finishes dry and rather sour with notes of raspberries, citric and grassy notes. rather on the sour side, rather dry

Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Vinous, tart and sour with some funky yeastiness, grapes, loads of raspberries and some oaky notes. More vinous and grapey than other Bokke Frambooses.

Pours unclear purple red. Smell is full on raspberry, fruity, bit almond. Taste is full, tart, red fruits ( milder raspberry ) . Juicy, funky, very dry, sharp. medium acetic acid. Grapes don't really show, but provide a different balance and complexity to the beer.
