1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with raspberries and muscat bleu grapes. The raspberry lambic is made of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varietals of raspberries harvested in July 2018. The muscat bleu lambic was made with grapes harvested in September 2017 in a vineyard in Haspengouw. After extended maceration, this grape lambic was barrel aged for another year prior to blending and bottling in January 2019.

Pours unclear purple red. Smell is full on raspberry, fruity, bit almond. Taste is full, tart, red fruits ( milder raspberry ) . Juicy, funky, very dry, sharp. medium acetic acid. Grapes don't really show, but provide a different balance and complexity to the beer.
