Italian Grape Ale con uva di Taurasi, ovvero una delle massime espressioni dell’uva Aglianico. Dal colore dorato con riflessi oro rosso questa Birra disegna un ventaglio olfattivo originale, toccando in gioventù i tasti della fragola, del tè ai frutti rossi, e della mineralità. Connotati che al sorseggio si proiettano con coerenza, dando luogo a declinazioni di rotondità, sapidità ed elegante acidulità, fino a costruire un’intelaiatura gustativa equilibrata, capace di ben mascherare la propria non irrilevante gradazione alcolica.

Small, just off-white head over clear metallic copper beer; lazily carbonated. Raspberry aroma, if rather shy and towards the sweet/jam side. Can't get grape even trying hard. Bitterish with a fruity tang & finish. Difficult to say what, but winemost sounds very plausible. Bit dusty, nothing sparkling, the more obvious thanks to the almost absent carbonation. Very slick, even oily feel; still beer, medium bodied. Stale cookies in the aftertaste. Can do better seems to sum it up. Not bad, but seen what is been done elsewhere, in Italy and further away...

F: big, white, average retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: watery malty, fruity, peach, bit floral. T: mellow fruity, vaguely orange, bit grapes, caramel, herbal, spicy, medium body and carbonation, aroma is so-so but taste is ok, enjoyed, sample @ LIBF 2018, thank you tderoeck and 77ships for sharing.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Rubin77. Bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Orange golden, lacing white head. Nose is dull moth balls, dough, copper, water, paper, same for the taste, bland, empty,..; Wine must is lost for me, dull, weak.

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit malty, hay, metallic, lots of banana, yeast, oranges. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and fruity, lots of oranges, orange peel, some soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit malty, grains, orange peel, fruity, some citrus, white grape juice, bit sugary.
