10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. BA sour blended with fresh saison, wild yeasts and Vic Secret. Soft wheat malt body. Fizzy. Definitely Brett. Mild vic secret hoppyness. Lovely.

ABV: 5.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, grapes, citrus - tart citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, fruity, wheat, tart - sour, grapes, citrus - tart citrus, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201003]
