Taste from a can at James' house. Pours black, with no head. The aroma is big maple syrup, cocoa, cream, and batter. Very sweet and sugary. No bitterness. Heavy body, with a syrupy, creamy mouthfeel. What a ridiculous pastry stout.

4 oz. draft at EBF, Boston. Saturday Night session. Not completely sickly sweet maple. Some brewers tend to go way overboard when dealing with maple. This is somewhat restrained. I liked it more than I thought I would yet, not sure how much you could drink in one session.

Draught at EBF: pours black with beige head. Aroma is maple syrup smore bomb. Sweet. Wow. Sugar. Maple syrup is super distinct. Aftertaste is chugging maple syrup.

Draught @ Extreme Beer Fest 2019, Boston, MA. Loads of maple syrup, waffles, cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate notes, hints of vanilla and coffee. Heavy. Reminds me of great notion double stack

Draft: Pours black with a small tan ring. Once again, 450 delivers as advertised......Aroma and flavour really hit the mark on the subject matter.... The maple notes have a really nice smokiness to them.... Very good.....drinking a full pour leaves you pretty full, I must say.... It's a heavy one and loaded with rich, sweet flavour.

Can thanks to William. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is maple syrup, cocoa, roast. Slick body, maple, vanilla, spice, nice sweetness, very good.
