Our Door County Cherry Wheat pours a golden, orange hue. The frothy two finger off-white, slightly pink-tinted head fades to leave a spotty lace. The slight aroma of cherries doesn’t over power the soft wheat smell. These flavors play wonderfully together, neither overpowering the other in taste. With a medium-light body, Cherry Wheat leaves you with a mildly tart Montmorency cherry finish.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 9/5/19. Passed by this a bunch of times. Surprised to find today I haven't ticked it. Hazy red, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wheat and mildly tart cherry. Taste is sweet cherry pie filling, wheat, something that faintly reminds me of buttered popcorn (but it's not diacetyl). Medium bodied, low carb, a hint of spiciness. Solid.

Hazy, slightly rosy, amber-brown with a huge, craggy, light tan head. Smoky cherry, malt aroma. Taste is slightly sour, cherry , wheat. A little dull.

Refrigerated 16 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent orange with medium white head that dies some. Good big bubble lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and wheaty aroma. Taste is cherry and estery wheat. Pretty good.

bottle - Pours pinkish orange with a huge head that required pouring in parts. The aroma is of cherries and a somewhat off smelling wheat and grain. The flavor is sweet with cherries and grain. It has a light, bubbly body. Bland. Okay, but barely. 100th fruit beer rating. Wish it was a better one.

nice big half pound bottle, yea a pint. rather sweet volatile mild cherry floral lace wet hair soapy aroma. orange-ee looking thing hith a healthy head. strong whammy bullshit of a beer, must be near 7%. alky cherry flavor like man batman; tart barely perceivable cherry thing smacking the back of throat. big bottle of punch you in the head, kick you in the teeth thing. widget widget widget; plenty of beer to go round, i really like these big bottles, less than a bomber but certainly more than a serving. interesting display on the head, gives it some bonus points.somewhat cough medicine finish, but not ina bad way. why am i thinking strong ale on this? yeah, the presentation of this saves it from being a below average.

Light orange color. Light cherry and light wheat, with a hint of cinnamon in the flavor. Light overall. It could use more cherry flavor and aroma, as well as a heavier palate. There is not a lot going on, but it is drinkable enough.

Pint size bottle, purchased @ Bert’s Better Beers, Hooskett, NH. Light carbonation, with small white head. No lace. Nose of wheat and light cherry. Taste is malty with a very subtle tart cherry finish. A hint of what you would taste in cherry pie. Lighter in body and very drinkable. Good for a wheat based fruit beer. Simple and straight-forward.
