Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is pineapple, citrus, some tea leafs, mild floral and some herbal tones. Flavour is pineapple, some tea leafs, citrus, mild toffeeish and some berry bushes.

Sampled draft @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Hazy citrus, small white head. Nose is weird esoteric oil, cookie dough & citrus hop. Taste is cookie dough, pastry, citrus oil, esoteric oil. Same for body, rather weird but def not bad.

Tap. Murky pale golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, biscuity, chalky, not so aromatic. Taste is grassy, biscuity, a bit mineralic. Silky-chalky mouthfeel, a bit with medium carbonation. Comparably dull unfortunately.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of garlicy hop, citrus, pineapple and bready malt. Taste has bitter garlicy hop, citrus, bready malt, pineapple, mango and still some hopburn. This bottle is already a bit old, how bad must the hopburn have been. I like it now.

330ml bottle. Hazy, no, murky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple, some peach. Taste is bitter slightly fruity hoppy, dry papery, almost a bit peppery (white pepper) as well, minimally metallic, hints of pineapple and passion fruit. Good NEIPA nose, somehow a bit "empty" in taste.

Hazy gold beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and finely crisp. Light and swestish malts. Hops bring a nice combo of pine, mellow spice and a lovely combo of citrus and lesser tropical fruits. Lime, tangerine, more pine, mellow tropicals with a light dusting of hop spice. Light crispy finish. I expected Mosaic to overwhelm Pacifica, but there is some deft hopping here. Lovely stuff.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy yellow color with white head. Hoppy and light malty aroma, grass, citrus, tropical and stone fruits. Sweet and moderate bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
