The combination of natural honey and oriental spices give the product an interesting, very pleasant taste, which is further deepened with each subsequent sip. Wściekła Pszczoła is best enjoyed chilled, which makes it a great refreshment for summer days and evenings.

Bezwonny prawie lekko imbirowy. Żółte słomkowe. Smak jak jakieś nalewki czuć imbir i ostrość chilli, nie za słodkie. Dość lekkie orzeźwiające, lekko ostre. Ogólnie fajne ciekawe i nowatorskie można pić jako aperitif

Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, citrus, alcohol, minerals, ginger, bark, honey, grass, hay. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, citrus, bark, alcohol, minerals, ginger, fruit stones, honey, paper, hints of grassy chili. Very light refreshing mouthfeel with a mild chili burn. Fair enough, easy drinking.

Bottled (from Alko web, drank with TBone during AIH147). Golden colour, no head. Aroma honey, chili, ginger, some mild alcohol. Flavour is honey, chilil, ginger and some alcohol to it. Not that balanced. We couldn't finish the bottle with TBone, so luckily meads keep ok in bottle and I kept it and shared with some locals (non-RB-people) in Vaasa area and some foreign ratebeerians too.

75cl bottle from Gdansk airport. Pours pale golden without any head. Aroma of honey with ginger - some floral and herbal notes and hints of chili. Sweet and a bit peculiar, but fairly drinkable.

ABV: 13.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, honey minty, ginger, chili - chili fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, sweet honey, minty - honey, spicy, light chili warm (hot). Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220411]

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear golden, mildly viscous. Aroma of freshly cut bell pepper. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. The nice, clovery honey flavour typical for Apis is there, the accompanying bell pepper and chili does not really work too well. Finish with mild but lingering heat.

Bottled 750ml (AIH147) Golden colour, no head. Honey, clover, ginger, fruits, maybe some spices. Light-bodied. Honey, medicinal flavours, ginger, not much chilli. Medicinal, not so tasty.

Pours clear, very light pale yellowgold. Scent is very sharp, herbal, milder honey. bit sprite-like. Taste is medium full. Rather spiced, not overly extreme. Bit dry. Decent, not over-the-top spiced.
