Bottle @ Fynsk Brunsviger er kommet til Ulfborg for at blive , som streger i dine hvide underbukser. Day 2. Pours hazy brown with a bubbly head. Sweet, yeasty and sugary. Quite some alcohol and dried fruit, Vulgær.

Vestjysk Vinter Vanvid januar 2014. Cloudy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit and caramel, with strong yeasty notes. Very sweet malty flavour with fruit and yeast

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark sugar. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 180114

Bottle 330ml @ fonefan
Gusher.. Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits, caramel and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm and dried fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 09/2016 de HopDuvel. Cuivrée, fin beige. Arôme est fruité noir très au devant sur un léger bouquet caramel et fin grillé (qui est censé être la partie dominante). Je note des effluves portant sur la réglisse, sauf si c’est là le côté ’burned’?, et un caramel renforcé en rétro-nasal. Palais est malté, caramel sur un côté agréable herbacé, réglisse et des pointes de biscuité. Effervescence est pour moi un tantinet trop élevée. Fini sec avec un herbacé léger et encore cette pointe de réglisse. Grillé très subtil tjrs accompagné d’un léger fruité noir. Pas mauvais, mais comme souvent avec Gaver on a cette impression de manque de finition.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear dark red color, small light brown head. Smell lightly malts, sweet-sour. Don’t get any burned malts at all. Taste however has lightly burned malts, a bit sweetish. Quite thin bodied, average carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ benzai. Copper colour with a small beige head. Smells farty, malty, sweet. Tastes slightly roasty, hint of chocolate, sweet. Decent. Medium body, soft carbo.

Dark brown, foam disappears quickly. I expected something roasted, but there was almost no roastiness. Sweet and malty aroma, light body. Not very good.

17/IX/13 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: IX/16 (2013-878) Thanks to Fokke for sharing the bottle!

Clear brown to purple beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of dried fruits, caramel, some mocha, sugary, overripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some mocha, caramel, little bitter, sugary, some banana, chocolate. Aftertaste: sugary, bit of mocha and caramel, bitter hops, dark chocolate, overripe banana, bit dirty, muddy flavour.
