2024/2025 vintage. 7% ABV. 750 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of Brett, pithy citrus, apricots and wheaty malts. Flavors of tart white grapes, Brett, melons, citrus and wheaty malts. The sharpness with Brett in background really makes this beer. Very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy yellow gold with white head. Aroma is nice and complex with wild yeast, oak, and feint white wine vinous note. Flavour is similar, but less bright and there’s a very feint hint of butter sneaking in there. Almost undetectable, but brings it down a couple notches.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy muddled golden with a large white head. Aroma is wonderfully complex, with loads of wild yeast, barnyard funk, subdued bitter hops, and some oakiness. Flavour is loaded with barnyard funk and wild yeast, with just enough dry hopping to accentuate. Beautifully complex and elegant. Lovely.

Cloudy vibrant pale colour with just a thin head. Bright vinous sauvin, white wine, touch of brett, hints of wood. I think this beer has a beautiful flavour, but without the age would have been a touch too sweet. Instead it’s like wood, alcohol, florals, honey, vinous, perfectly balanced bitterness. I mean this is a beer of exceptional quality.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond colour. Quite dry, not bone-dry, there are timid elements of interest, Light fruity esters, touch of wood, of pale malt, but also wet paper, and some acidity.
Ok beer, odd.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Woody funky citrus. Woody and really nice apricot notes. Solid.
