Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 4A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch LA001 (BBF 15/01/2018). AROMA: medium malty-sweet aroma with slight honey notes. very faint cereal husk aroma in the background. APPEARANCE: strong gold color and slightly hazy. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor similar to the aroma (slightly sweet with a honey character). medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. faint sulphur note otherwise clean fermentation. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a very nice lager.
