Tap, Cheval Blanc, Montreal. Hazy pink red colour, thin white head. Watery raspberry syrup nose. Meidum soury, gentle fruity and a bit tart. Light. Ok.

A reddish ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart Weisse with Epsom salts, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light lemony notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Berliner Framboise 5% Really nice tart aroma of raspberries with a pink/salmon color that screams summer. Tart light body, very acidic but it’s easy to pound back. I’d prefer a lower ABV for a Berliner 3-4% but this was a great summer beer.
