Willamette, Aurora and Motueka hops from the USA, Slovenia and New Zealand combined with English and German grains, give this beer a wonderful International flavour. The hops are added before, during and after the boil, giving this beer an incredibly complex flavour. Starting with a hint of herbal fruitiness, the beer finishes with an intense hoppy punch.

Bottle. Hazy orange amber, small, lasting white head. Mild fruity nose, slight citruses, quite malty and sligh wet socks feel to it. Mildly sweet, medium bitterness, slightly herbal. peppery finish. Shorter aftertaste. Lighter body, average pale ale.

Bottle from Secretts of Milford. Floral and caramel aroma with a sour edge to it. Slightly hazy amber gold. Thick fluffy white head. Medium bitter. Citrus and pepper. Some underlying malt. Light-medium bodied. On the thin side but some chalkiness to it. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. Somewhat j fair on the brewery to dismiss this as a golf. Not a classic APA but refreshing enough.

Gravity dispense at EBF XX, EUSC, 02/04/15. Clear golden amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is bread dough, pale malt, light fruit strains, straw, a touch on the thin side. Taste comprises more bready notes, light vanilla, straw, faint citric leanings. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty dull stuff ... @yawn.
