Willamette, Aurora and Motueka hops from the USA, Slovenia and New Zealand combined with English and German grains, give this beer a wonderful International flavour. The hops are added before, during and after the boil, giving this beer an incredibly complex flavour. Starting with a hint of herbal fruitiness, the beer finishes with an intense hoppy punch.

Bottle from Secretts of Milford. Floral and caramel aroma with a sour edge to it. Slightly hazy amber gold. Thick fluffy white head. Medium bitter. Citrus and pepper. Some underlying malt. Light-medium bodied. On the thin side but some chalkiness to it. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. Somewhat j fair on the brewery to dismiss this as a golf. Not a classic APA but refreshing enough.
