Bottle 330ml. [ As De Brabandere Brewmaster's Selection Wild Funky Wit ].Unclear - hazy medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, witbier yeast, grapes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, citric, fruity yeast, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180915] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy pale yellow, thick white head. Funky, fruity aroma. Wheaty notes and some yoghurt too. Sweet flavour, slightly acidic, yeasty and fruity, light banana perhaps, more yoghurt.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are cheese, yeast, fruits, funk, malt, hops and has a light sour citrus finish.

Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wheat and spices. Flavour is malt, wheat, lemon, citric, spices, medium sweet, little sour and a little dry.

Bottle from the Old House, Wellingborough. Yellow-cream colour, cloudy with a ring of white head. Not a lot of aroma. Bit metallic, bit lemony but not a lot there. The taste is gently lemon-peel tart with a suggestion of funk, but it's an incredibly easy sour. More acidity in the finish. Heavy carbonation. So-so.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A hazy yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, some white grapes. Taste of tart white grapes, tart fruits, brett.
