Floral and some grapefruits. Pours golden hazy with ok head. More floral than sour. Apricots, some coriander. Light sweet finish with only a touch of tang. Tap at Max's.

Piana spora, srednio trwala, metne i brudne o silnym aromacie zepsutego octu jablkowego, intensywny na poczatku potem jakby ulatuje, w smaku gruszki utopione w occie winnym, biale wino, sok z pigwy. Bardzo wyrazne i intensywne, nie dla wszystkich i nie dla poczatkujacych w swiecie kwasnych piw. Dla mnie jest bomba.

Bottle from Ghost Whale and day 22 in the advent calendar. Hazy reddish brown colour with a thin disappearing head. Aroma apple and floral. Taste fruity tart. Medium crisp body.

Hazy dark golden with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, oak, and tart fruits with yoghurt notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at 100 piv. Rather subtle sourness, mix of lactic/acetic, underlying horsey barn funk is just strong enough to be distinctly present. Overall balance stays rather fruity, . Med-full perceived body, thougb acids cut cleanly through it. Moderate carbonation. Very good.
