Light aroma and taste of banana and cloves. Balance between the bread notes of malt and light acidity of wheat. Goes great with the sun.

Keg at Black Sheep - Varna. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Not bad, light sweetness, pleasant crisp wheat bread, a little lemon peel, pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty well balanced finish, more wheat flakes, lemon rind. Very drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Max. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Some fruity esters, citrus, dry, slightly tart, some phenolic spiciness, bitterish touch, very over-carbonated.

Bottle from 100 Beers, Sofia. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Murky, very pale straw, small off-white head. Yeasty, light estery, white bread. Light banana. Light bready, dry, no balance. Light body, high carbonation, light finish. Although refreshing, I find it overcarbonated. Not enough aromas you'd want from a Weisse, but not bad.

From bottle. Mild smell of yeast, wheat. Major aroma of yeast. Also some wheat and grain to be noted. Wild carbon. Foamy palate.

Bottle from a beershop in Sofia. Pours a very pale and hazy straw color. Topped with a huge gushing white head. Wheaty banana nose with a touch of coriander. Slightly sweet with not too much spices. Very sparkly body and a bit too much carbonation. But not bad.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy golden, a glass full of foam. Very fruity aroma, loads of sweet tangerine with tart undertones (more towards Belgian ales than hefeweizen), traces of dusty herbs. The taste is lightly fruity and tart, but overly dry for the style. A bit muddy with notes of pickles. Not bad, overall.

12oz bottle from the beer shop in Plovdiv, pours a hazy yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose is OK, mild, mild grist, some flowers, some couch. Flavor is straw, some coriander seed, a little paper, some honey sweetness.
