Bottle at gbbf 2022 day 1. Thanks to Ian. A hazed reddish amber coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is nice layered malts, balsamic, berries, brown sugars, vinegar, dark berries, fruit culee, red berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, dark tangy berries, oak, balsamic, red vinous fruit. Vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, complex. Palate is semi sweet, sour, tangy, highish carbonation.

Bottle. 2018 Vintage. Dark fruit and sour aroma with light acetic notes. Red wine and sour flavor with summer fruit, citrus, light yeast, acetic notes. Medium bodied. Dark fruit and berries linger with red wine, oak, sourness and light acetic notes. The Earthmonk gives a great balance.

Vintage 2014, 75 cl bottle. Dark brown with red color, coffee foam. Aroma: rich red wine, vinegar, a little wild, bretts, oak, pretty sour, sweet berry jam, berries, cherries and currants. Taste: sour, sweet, very winey, red wine from Bordeaux, dried fruits, berries, red and black currants, sour cherries, homemade vinegar, lots of oak, good.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, berries, leather, tart, vinous, aromatic, cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and modrate acidic with a long duration, caramel, vinous, berries - grapes, oak, tart, complex, dry, cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
