Zrobiliśmy małą wariację na temat jednego z naszych sztandarowych piw (Maverick). Baza piwa pozostała bez zmian, jedynie zamiast świeżego soku z cytryny użyliśmy soku z Yuzu (0,3%), oraz chmiel Mosaic zastąpiliśmy chmielem Denali, który charakteryzuje się mocnymi nutami ananasa.

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Mildly tangy citrus. Decent yuzu, that tangerine - lime - grapefruit vibe. Mild pine. Dry mildly crisp finish. Tidy.

Draft glass @ Gollem. Hazy orange, solid creamy white head. Nose is dull yeast, haze with weak citrus lemon peel but too much yoghurt sweet. Taste is too doughy sweet old yoghurt, sugar, too messy sweet white sugar yoghurt, little yuzu, way too sweet. Bit of a disappointment.

500ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, dark golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy, slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of passion fruit, a touch of lemon and yuzu. Taste is caramel malty and citrusy hoppy, hints of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of yuzu, juicy fruitiness; oily texture, slightly tangy finish.

Bottle (thanks ArtificialCyst). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, lactose, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, some citrus, lemon, lime, lactose, malt. Finish is citric and sweet. Body is on the thin side. Overall: ok, easy drinker.
