Fra fat på B&B før MaiJazz-konsert: nesten helt svart nesten uten skum. Intens og forlokkende aroma og smak av feit sjokoladekake med kokos- og bærfyll, nytrukket lukuskaffe, mørke karameller og varm sjokolade. Portvinsvinøs munnfylde. Lekkert fra første øyeblikk, og mersmaken varte nesten bort til konserthuset.

Backlog. MBCC 2018. Pours pitch black with a small lightly chunky brown head. Aromas of coconuts, hazelnut, vanilla, dark chocolate. Taste has coconuts, dark chocolate, cakey, boozy. Pretty nice!

Keg at Beaverex '18 Day II, 08/09/18 ... thanks to Stu666 for grabbing this for me at the front of a lengthy queue. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is chocolate, dusty fruits, toffee, coconut shavings. Taste comprises sweet malts, mellow roast, molasses, toffee fudge, coconut, a little sickly sweet. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow roast. Ok impy but not as well joined up as it could have been for me.

Tap into a taster at MBCT showing pitch black with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of coconut, almonds, and light vanilla. Very pastry forward. The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Coconut forward with no sweetness and a light coffee bitterness on the end.

Liquid coconut cake with vanilla dark chocolate and some roasted malt character. Super smooth and rounded. Perfectly balanced and alcohol well hidden for the style. Superb

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a round frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty rich oily malt, big chewy coconut, light liquorice, boozy red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth, rich, oily, roasty, coconut, big boozy alcoholic palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation. Pretty awesome. The best beer I had all day. Well, actually probably the best beer I had for a month!! Just love the way the coconut lingers in your mouth forever!

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza 2018, The Printworks, Surrey Quays. Brown pour with a beige head. Aromas of dark chocolate bounty bar, toffee. Lots of dark chocolate bounty in the flavour, splash of caramel in there too. Long sweet finish. Very tasty.
