We brewed a big Imperial Milk Stout and infused it with a healthy dose of toasted coconut and a pleasant amount of cacao and vanilla for a thick and decadent treat.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and slightly soft palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft rich dark malts, fairly sweet. Soft but rich dark chocolate. Dark chocolate cream. Nicely coconut, light and sweet, some coconut milk. Little dark chocolate liquer. Smooth finish. Rich and flavoursome and slips down easy.
