We brewed a big Imperial Milk Stout and infused it with a healthy dose of toasted coconut and a pleasant amount of cacao and vanilla for a thick and decadent treat.

Can split at CBC Islington, thanks to Danny, 12/09/18. Pitch black with a well presented tan covering that retains well. Nose is big on sweet malts, chocolate melt, coconut, toffee fudge. Taste comprises sweet malts, Bounty bar, chocolate dipped strawberries, caramel, brown sugars, faint spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost. Decent enough impy and comes home below the ABV however overly sweet for my liking.

Can at Il Ponticello in Rome, perpetual thanks to Mr. Mozart. Black pour with a brownish irregular although adhesive foam. Nose is absolutely a blast of coconut, Bounty bar, vanilla. I agree with my interlocutor, a bit over the top and artificial. Perhaps is this what the brewer aimed to? Anyway...mouthfeel mirrors seeet bars, vanilla. Body was expected to be richer, finish glides on the roast. Fun beer and quite glad to get to try it

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Super dark, chestnut brown. Slim, tan head. Nose has burnt toffee. Coconut cream. Chocolate milkshake syrup. Vanilla. Creme brûlée. Desiccated coconut. Taste is burnt toffee sweet. Full on, cocoa and rich malt bitterness. Smooth and rich mouthfeel that completely belies the ABV. Low carbonation. Burnt bitterness to finish, with the coconut sweetness staying throughout. Oof.

Can, takeout from The Coracle, Ironbridge. Pours dark, good tan head. Aroma has strong chocolate and menthol leanings. Taste is smooth with thick, unctious mint and coconut flavours, good milk chocolate elements, soft vanilla. Lots going on here, very special indeed.
