Golden, clear, no head. Sweet apples, wry and tiny vinegrous finish, lots of tannins, a taste of marmalade, woolly farm funk and some old mailman’s rubberbands. Very tasty, thin and watery, not much body, low on carb. Not just sweet, quite complex. Good!

22/5/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Nice aroma, lightly funky and woody, with some mucky stable notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Sweeter finish. Liked this one.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of sweet apple & solventy funk. Taste is sweet, tangy apple, solventy, funky with some acidity and soft drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, funky tannic finish with residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Pours dark gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is swwet, musty, woody apple juice. Taste is sweet and musty apple juice to start. Dry, woody finish. Slightly burnt aftertaste.

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farm Shop. Pours clear gold, small white ring. Aroma has sharp, medium sweet apple fruit. Taste is sharp, medium acidity with gentle tannins, good crisp sour bite. Nice sweetness, but also possessing a pleasant dry side as well.
