Bière 75 cl trouvée chez At Home à Bondues. Blonde dorée et mousse blanche avec une belle tenue. Nez frais et houblonné très agréable. En bouche, une triple avec une note d'amertume plus développée que dans les triples standard et très plaisante. Une belle trouvaille qui se place pour moi dans le haut du panier du genre.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, mid sized. Grassy apply nose. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and fruity with white pepper and marzipan. Dough, husk and grass. Mild peppery warmth in the finish.

330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours clear gold, large pure white head. Aroma is sweet malt, light yeast. Taste is smooth, fairly rich, alcohol is noticeable, sweet malt, soft yeast, some creamy vanilla. Ok strong blonde.
