Bottle from Real Foods, Edinburgh. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of cooked corn and hay. Taste is light astringent malt, more cooked corn. Ok.

500ml bottle @ Listening Experience. Pours a generally clear gold, large white head. Confidently sweet malt on the nose, taste is smooth, sweeter than expected with a low bitterness. Not too bad really.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops and skunky malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of skunky malt and hops, leading to a dry finish. Not impressed with the organic malt.

50cl bottle from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton. Bugger knows where this came from. I mean you walk into a pretty good off licence and find a German beer you’ve never heard of before. Pale gold, crystal clear, thick white foam. Toast on the aroma. It’s a really good lager. I mean none of the faults that you might find in lagers. No puke. Good clean German lager, with some over carbonation, It is very clean and therefore may lack a bit of body, and it could do with some more hops, but it is very clean and crisp and pretty good.
