31/12/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours clear very pale yellow gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is very subtle, light apple, slightly funky, slightly rubbery, with some acidity. Moderate sweetness, touch of tartness. Moderate body, slight watery oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Quite a dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Clear yellow in colour with no carbonation. Crisp, slightly sweet apple juice aroma. Clean flavour with some some skin and core in amongst the juice and a medium finish. Good.
