500ml bottle via Scrattings. Pours a clear deep gold, aroma presents a curious barnyard, solvent, cheese nose. Taste sees the fruit champion over such esters, with a nice dusty tannic grip and farmhouse fruity presence. Nice.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of solventy funky tart apple. Taste is sweetish, orchardy apple, solventy tart, fruity, leafy with leathery funk and some drying spicy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable
