As long as there are birds in the sky, and hops on the vines, we will continue to try out new hop combinations for our soft & juicy pale ales.
Vic Secret and Amarillo are the chosen two in The Gradients. Brewed with London Fog yeast, the results are light and breezy, with subtle melon aromas and low bitterness.

440ml can from Cotteridge Wines and shared with the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is skunky malt, tropical citrus fruits, light vanilla lactose. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, super fresh, citrus fruity palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can at home picked up from the experiment. Ahazed milky golden coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Attractive. Aroma is waxy citrus, pineapple, wheat, orange rind, melon. Flavour is composed of soft wheaty grains. flaked oats, mellow tropical fruits, melon, spicy citrus, lemon. Little lingering woody spicy citrus. No wow, but very tasty. Palate is soft , rounded, fine prickly carbonation. Good stuff.

Pretty cloudy yellow blond beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, super fruity, lots of citrus, tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of tropical fruits, lovely, bit resinous, dank hops, grapefruit, citrus. Aftertaste: more tropical fruits, resinous, mango, lovely stuff.

On tap at BeerCraft. Third shared with Finn. Remaining pearl white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, unclear golden body. Aroma of pineapple and bread-like malts, promising. Pineapple and grapefruit mix to the taste buds. Fruit juicy ending, mid-sweet. Soft on the swallow. Pleasing. (Bath 27.10.2019).
